Leader In Training summer programme is ideal for young people aged 15-16, who are looking to develop the skills and experience to be successful as they move into leadership roles at home, school, or in the community.

The programme utilises Fairthorne Manor’s best-loved activities to develop and inspire teenagers in key leadership skills, developing teamwork, group dynamics, conflict resolution, and communication.

After completing the programme and receiving the Young Leaders Award, there are opportunities to put skills learned into practice with practical volunteering available during the summer.
