We believe in providing the perfect environment to create experiences that challenge, develop and enable people and where better to do that than in 94 acres of beautiful natural landscapes.

Each year, we welcome over 25,000 visitors to our site on the south coast of the UK who enjoy amazing experiences with us in the great outdoors.  From a child’s first time playing in mud, to first nights’ away from home, family holidays, school trips to remember, a chance to really grow and develop –  we offer it all! To enable us to ensure every visit is fantastic, we recruit a mighty volunteer team from around the world to really help us sprinkle the Fairthorne Manor magic.

Our aim is to welcome volunteers from the end of March to October to cover our busy spring and summer seasons.

If you are travelling from outside the UK, the UK government currently has travel corridors in place with certain countries – see here for the latest UK government information.

We are putting plans in place in the event that volunteers have to self isolate on arrival, including accommodation, meals and online training.
