YMCA Fairthorne Group has today published its Gender Pay Report for 2017. Organisations with more than 250 employees are required to publish specific gender pay data by April 2018, as required by the UK Government.
Chris Hand, YMCA Fairthorne Group CEO, said:
“Our approach to valuing equality and diversity is underpinned across all our charitable operations. We believe everyone deserves equal opportunities regardless of background gender or circumstances”
“It is rewarding to see that not only is YMCA Fairthorne Group’s gender pay below the national average, but our female and male employees are represented at every level of the organisation. We are committed to monitoring and reviewing the pay differences and employment progression opportunities for both male and female employees”
