YMCA Fairthorne Group has today published its Gender Pay Report for 2019. Organisations with more than 250 employees are required to publish specific gender pay data, as required by the UK Government.
YMCA Fairthorne Group CEO Chris Hand says, “It is rewarding to see that not only is YMCA Fairthorne Group’s gender pay gap below the national average, but our female and male employees are represented at every level of the organisation.
