YMCA New Milton Nursery

From the beginning, it was clear that this nursery is more than just a place for childcare – it’s a community where our child has thrived and developed in a safe, supportive, and loving setting.

What stands out most to us is the genuine warmth and passion that the staff shows every day. Each caregiver at his Nursery goes above and beyond to ensure our child feels valued, secure, and engaged. We see this in how they tailor activities to suit individual needs, helping children discover and develop their unique skills and interests. Our child has blossomed under their attentive guidance, growing more confident and curious each day.

YMCA New Milton Nursery

My son has come on leaps and bounds with his development. I’m kept up to date with all that he is doing (including photos and videos) whilst he’s there via the app which is very reassuring, particularly in the beginning when you are feeling worried about leaving them!
On top of this, he has an allocated key worker who also keeps me up to date on drop-offs and pick-ups! I also recently attended a parent’s evening which I thought was a lovely touch! The staff are all so friendly, it really is a lovely little nursery! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with childcare!

My granddaughter suffers with trauma, the management has done everything possible to make this easy for her and has been supportive to her and me. I’m also my granddaughter’s foster carer. The manager has given me some ideas to try with her to help her behaviours.
