What do we want you to do?
We would love you to help us in one of the busiest and most important places in the centre – the Café! Our café serves members of the local community, nursery families and those taking part in one of the many activities taking place across the week. This role will help our busy team and full training will be given in all aspects of the café and the centre. There is also the opportunity to get involved in the kitchen and nursery as well as making sure the rooms are set up ready for our customers.

- You like working in a catering or retail environment and have good numeracy skills
- You enjoy speaking to a range of different people across the day
- You have a sense of fun
- You want to make a difference to our community
- You love the idea of making the children and families time in our environment something they will remember forever
- You are willing to follow YMCA Fairthorne Manor procedures and complete a DBS check

What is the time commitment required?
The time commitment is flexible, the cafe is generally open across the week and is also open during some weekends for larger events. Whether you can offer a regular weekly commitment or occasional support we would be interested in talking to you.
