Workout with Karina

Stuck at home and want some exercise suggestions? Karina from our Daycamp team is a qualified L3 Personal Trainer and has put together a workout with her little helper! Ideal if you’ve got a little one; if not you can use a backpack to increase the weight or use without. Remember to warm up in advance with anything to raise the heart rate (like walking with a baby carrier) and do some light stretches. Enjoy!
