YMCA Winchester House is a beautiful building with tons of history, making it the perfect base for any school or group trip. Unlike Fairthorne Manor, Winchester House offers a more tranquil visit, set on the clifftops of Shanklin, overlooking the sea.

Accommodation
Due to the size of our property, we can take groups up to 120 people.
Across 3 Wings, Winchester House has comfortable single, twin and bunk-bedded rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Separate leader’s rooms provide privacy, some of which are en-suite. Our two larger wings have comfortable private lounges with meeting rooms, function rooms, and a chapel – all of which are available for room hire.
Catering
Our brilliant on-site catering team are here for you throughout your stay, offering full board, half board, and bed and breakfast options. Dietary requirements will be catered to.
