We were absolutely delighted to receive a fantastic £5700 donation from Stubbington Green Runners last month in support of YCF, following their inspiring fundraising efforts at the Stubbington 10K held in January.
From seasoned runners to first-time participants, and from volunteers to donors cheering from the sidelines, each person played a part in helping to raise this incredible total for young carers.
Fundraising of this kind makes a meaningful difference to YCF, helping us continue to provide a fun, supportive, and uplifting environment for young carers. These young people take on significant responsibilities at home, and opportunities like the Young Carers Festival give them the chance to step away from daily pressures, connect with others who understand their experiences, and simply enjoy being children and young people.
