Refunds of bookings paid for using CCV will depend on the conditions as laid out by the relevant CCV company.  In the event we are unable to refund directly back to the CCV company, any credits can remain on your account for future use towards eligible childcare services. Refunds must be made back to the same method with which payment is made; we are unable to refund CCV payments to credit or debit cards due to tax implications.

Refunds of bookings paid for using TFC will be made back to your TFC account or can remain on your account as a credit for future use.
