Tickets and activities will be cashless.

- We’re an outdoor event charity, sometimes with the great British weather decisions have to be made last minute.
- Our first choice will always be to keep the event as planned.
- It’s important you know that these things happen and we are not able to offer refunds if the event can still go ahead, even if it’s adapted from the advertised.
- We’ll do our best to keep you in the loop by email and social media, but with the unpredictable weather and all the magic that goes into setting up, you might get the heads-up with only a moment to spare!
- River launch and hire will be operating, however, this is a separate cost to this event.

Be prepared for the good old British weather with appropriate clothing should some rain be coming our way, also, for water activities, wellies, crocs or flip flops are not allowed, shoes must be worn and be secure, for example, trainers, beach shoes with heel strap in place.
