We’re excited to confirm that Staff Celebration Day will take place on Saturday, 3 October at Fairthorne Manor.
The day is designed as an opportunity for colleagues from across YMCA Fairthorne Group to come together, spend time with one another, and experience some of the programmes and activities that make our organisation so unique. It’s a chance to pause from the day-to-day, connect with colleagues from different teams, and celebrate the work we all contribute to our communities.
As we begin planning, we want to ensure the day reflects what staff would genuinely enjoy. To help guide the planning process, we’ve created a short Microsoft Form to capture a few key insights from staff.
The form asks a handful of quick questions, including:
- How likely you are to attend
- Any dietary requirements we should consider
- The types of activities or entertainment you’d most enjoy seeing on the day
Your feedback will help the organising team plan the event and ensure we create a day that staff across the organisation can enjoy.
