Spacious Group Accommodation

All of our accommodation options offer you and your team a spacious and comfortable stay.

We offer accommodation to all sports groups looking for somewhere located conveniently in the Southampton area. With easy access to the M27 and local areas, Fairthorne Manor is the ideal base for Netball, Football, Rugby, Tennis, Swimming, Cricket Tours, and Camps.

On-Site Activities

Fairthorne Manor is a 95-acre activity centre. If you are interested in booking any of our activities for your group, get in touch, and we may have options available during your stay. Our activities are ideal for team building.

We have a brilliant team, who are here if you are looking for catering during your stay. The local area also boasts a number of wonderful restaurants and shops.

Where to Stay

Ben's House

Set within the old walled garden of the Manor House, Ben’s House is a purpose built, single storey block for up to 84 people across 3 wings. Each 4 bedded bunk room has it’s own sink and access to shared bathroom facilities; leaders enjoy twin ensuite rooms, a leaders’ lounge on each wing, tea and coffee facilities and wifi throughout.

Heald House

A comfortable 88 bed, 3 storey block accommodating guests in 2, 3, 4 and 6 bunk bedded rooms. Two twin ensuite leaders’ rooms on two of the floors and two leaders' rooms with shared bathroom. Each rooms includes a sink. Rooms are located around a central meeting area on each floor, with free wifi and tea and coffee making facilities for leaders.

Camping

Our pre-erected 6 and 8 person tents all have wooden floors and pitched in 4 tent villages. Each village benefits from a communal marquee with lighting, chairs, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities for leaders. Toilet and showers facilities are available a very short walk from each village.
