Everyone’s welcome and supported

Holiday Club is for every child. Tell us what helps your young person thrive and we’ll work with you to make it happen.

Need extra support?

Email us for a Child Profile Form and a quick chat with our Out of School Manager — ideally before you book.

What we’ll ask
Routines, triggers, communication, mobility, meds, toileting — so we can plan the right help.

1:1 support

If your child needs 1:1, they’ll require a Gateway Plus Card (Hants Short Breaks).

How it works
Funding limits apply and spaces are allocated. We’ll confirm availability during your chat.

Activities & facilities

Most sessions are adaptable. Residentials use solid-floor tents; nearby block includes an accessible bathroom.

Examples
Adjusted harnesses, quieter groups, alternative routes, sensory breaks — just ask.

Availability for funded 1:1 is limited and depends on allocated spaces.

Ways to Pay

Save on Holiday Childcare

Great news! Because our Daycamps and Residential Camp are classed as childcare, you can save money by paying with Childcare Vouchers (CCV) or the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) scheme. We also accept standard credit/debit card payments.

Use CCV

Pay with Childcare Vouchers for eligible Daycamps & Residential Camp.

Tax-Free Childcare

Top up 20% with TFC — a smart way to reduce what you pay.

Cards Welcome

Prefer simple? Pay by credit or debit card at checkout.

1 Select CCV or TFC (or card) during booking.
2 Complete your scheme payment following the prompts.
3 We’ll match it to your booking and email confirmation.

Choosing CCV or TFC means you’re buying a childcare service and booking conditions apply.
