What is Multi-Activity Camp?

Multi-Activity Camp is an immersive experience where children aged between 7 and 14 can engage in a variety of exciting activities. From adventurous outdoor challenges to sports and games, our camp encourage teamwork, confidence, and new skills for all ages. Our main focus of all our school holiday camps is ensuring all children have tons of fun!

Guided by experienced instructors, every session is carefully designed to be fun, safe, and engaging, ensuring participants leave with unforgettable memories and personal growth.

Daycamp Bus

Jump on the Summer Daycamp bus with routes starting from Southampton, Portsmouth, Romsey, Winchester and Gosport and picking up along the way. Just £24 a week, making life simpler for parents and better for the environment. We use private coaches and have staff on board – see below for locations and times. Simply add to your order when booking.

We understand that some parents’ working hours are longer than our Holiday Club day, so we offer extra time in both the morning and the afternoon.

Catering & Dining

We serve freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for groups of all ages staying on site, from schools and youth groups to universities, charities, faith groups, sports teams, families and corporate away days.

We cater for all dietary requirements and allergies — vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and medically required diets.

Most sessions are adaptable. Residentials use solid-floor tents; nearby block includes an accessible bathroom.

Yes, Fairthorne Manor Daycamps are Ofsted rated. Please view the reports here.
We have put together a post to answer your commonly asked Qs about the summer Daycamps bus. Read it here: ymca-fg.org/daycamps-bus/.
Your child will be encouraged to participate and challenge themselves where possible but will not be forced to take part.
Your child will have the opportunity to be grouped with their friend or sibling (unless they are not within the Holiday Club age group). Each club's activities are age appropriate and built for skills progression.
If you need to make changes to your booking or cancel, please see our booking conditions or contact us on 01489 785228.
If your child requires medication, please complete the medical form to handover at drop off.
We ask that you leave all mobile phones and other devices at home so your child can focus fully on the fun of Daycamps. We also cannot take responsibility if they are lost or damaged. If you need to contact your child in an emergency during the day, you can call the duty number 07880 710903.
