If you’re planning to use your staff benefit this year to book Camping, River usage, or Holiday Club / Day Camp places for your child(ren), please be aware that we’ve introduced a new booking process following our move to the Cinolla system.
Holiday Club and Day Camp bookings are now open right through to the end of the summer, allowing you to plan ahead and request dates in advance.
Cinolla will also be the central system for all future bookings, including camping and river activities. Setting up your account now will make future bookings much easier.
What You Need to Do
Before contacting HR to request approval, all staff must first:
- Create a Cinolla account via Home
- Use your personal email address, ideally the same one registered on Cascade (this helps us apply the staff discount correctly)
- Complete all required account details
- Add your child(ren) as attendees, including:
- Medical information
- Dietary requirements
Once HR approval has been confirmed, the Sales Team will apply the free staff booking to your Cinolla account, allowing you to complete the booking at no extra cost.
Age Criteria for 2026 Bookings
Please note that for this year we can only accept:
- Children aged 6 years and over for full-day bookings
- Children aged 5 years for half-day bookings only
Accessing Cinolla
Cinolla can be accessed:
- Via Home, or
- Through any of the Holiday Club or Day Camp pages on the website
To get started:
- Click the Login button in the top right-hand corner
- Select Create an account
Once your account is created, go to My Details and complete all required information, including:
- Your name and contact details
- Family member details
- Relevant medical information
- Emergency contact details
Completing this information upfront will help avoid delays when requesting approval or completing bookings.
