What Is our High Ropes Camp?
High Ropes Camp is a fun-filled holiday experience designed for children aged 8 to 14. Across an action-packed week, children will develop essential climbing and safety skills while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership.
Under the guidance of experienced YMCA instructors, campers learn to safely set up and run high ropes activities, using harnesses, helmets, and essential PPE, while developing skills such as belaying, communication, and risk awareness. Participants will also lead a mini session for their peers, building confidence and leadership skills. The week ends with an exciting zip wire experience and a certificate of completion, to celebrate your child's hardwork!
High Ropes Camp includes some of our favourites! Including asbeiling, jacob's ladder, climbing, and crate stack.
