FAQs
Perfect Location
Fairthorne Manor is ideally located outside Botley just 3 miles from the M27, midway between Southampton & Portsmouth.
Following a storm in Winter 22/23, some fallen trees destabilised the supporting bank at the end of our lake which was subsequently washed away, resulting in the lake being out of action for the 2023 season. All of our water activities were delivered in 2023 on the tidal River Hamble, where we are restricted by available tides. Our aim is to reinstate the lake for use in 2024 subject to costs and we will update with further news in the near future.
